DescriptionProtein G PLUS/protein A purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~90 kDa Hsp90α protein.
BackgroundHsp90α is involved in signal transduction, cell cycle progression, and apoptosis. Hsp90α has been reported to interact with MMP-2 and promote its activation, which may, in turn, play a role in cancer cell invasiveness.
