Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
Detection of human HPSE by immunoblotting. Sample: Partial recombinant human protein. Primary antibody: Anti-HPSE Mouse mAb (1G12) (Cat. No. ST1611) (1-5 µg/ml). Detection: chemilimunescence.
For ELISA, this antibody can be used as the capture antibody; recommended concentration is 10 ng/ml, 1 µg/well, 100 µl total volume. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the HPSE protein.
Background
Heparanases are endo β-D-glucuronidase enzymes that cleave heparan sulfate side chains of heparan sulfate proteoglycans on cell surfaces and the extracellular matrix. Heparanases are involved in the clotting pathway and interact with tissue factor (TF) and TF pathway inhibitor (TFPI) to promote coagulation. Additional physiological roles include heparan sulfate turnover, embryo development, hair growth, and wound healing. Overexpression of heparanases is strongly implicated in tumor metastasis and angiogenesis.
