Custom Premix Selecting "Custom Premix" option means that all of the beads you have chosen will be premixed in manufacturing before the kit is sent to you.
ELISA (see comments) Immunoblotting (1-5 µg/ml) Paraffin Sections (3 µg/ml)
Application Comments
For ELISA, this antibody can be used as the capture antibody; recommended concentration is 10 ng/ml, 1 µg/well, 100 µl total volume. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.

Application Data
Detection of human EVT6 by immunoblotting. Sample: Whole cell lysate from Jurkat cells. Primary antibody: Anti-ETV6 Mouse mAb (3B10) (Cat. No. DR1093) (1-5 µg/ml). Detection: chemilimunescence.
Detection of human EVT6 by staining paraffin sections. Sample: Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human placenta tissue. Primary antibody: Anti-ETV6 Mouse mAb (3B10) (Cat. No. DR1093) (3 µg/ml). Detection: colorimetric (DAB).
Description
Purified mouse monoclonal antibody. Recognizes the ~55-60 kDa ETV6 protein.
Background
ETV6 contains two functional domains: a N-terminal pointed (PNT) domain that is involved in protein-protein interactions with itself and other proteins, and a C-terminal DNA-binding domain. Gene knockout studies in mice suggest that this protein is required for hematopoiesis and maintenance of the developing vascular network. This gene is known to be involved in a large number of chromosomal rearrangements associated with leukemia and congenital fibrosarcoma.
