When it comes to chromatography, we understand the challenges of efficiently capturing your final product, while minimizing costs and speeding time to clinic. Product titers and impurities are steadily increasing, placing even greater demands on downstream processing. To help you succeed, Merck has developed a new, high productive and reliable affinity chromatography resin that meets regulatory and market demands.
Eshmuno® A media is a rigid, high capacity acid and alkaline resistant Protein A affinity chromatography media used for the purification of Fc-containing proteins, including but not limited to monoclonal antibodies.
Unlike other commonly used affinity resins, Eshmuno® A media can be cleaned and sanitized under acid and/or alkaline conditions while maintaining high dynamic binding capacity at high flow rates. What's more, it offers an orthogonal solution for aggregate removal at both the front and tail ends of the elution peak from the Protein A column, resulting in reducing burden of subsequent chromatography steps typically used in the purification of Fc-containing proteins.
With high product purity, scalability and reliability, our Eshmuno® A chromatography media is a new flavor of Protein A media that can give you a competitive edge.
