          Description
OverviewA cell-permeable, irreversible, pan-caspase inhibitor. Inhibits Fas-mediated apoptosis in Jurkat cells and staurosporine-induced cell death in corneal epithelial cells. Shown to enhance the freeze-thaw survival of human embryonic stem cells. When using with purified native or recombinant enzyme, pre-treatment with an esterase is required.
