DescriptionAnti-EPHB4 Antibody
Alternate Names
  • Ephrin type-B receptor 4
  • Hepatoma transmembrane kinase
  • Tyrosine-protein kinase TYRO11
Background InformationEphrin type-B receptor 4 (EPHB4) is also called Hepatoma transmembrane kinase, and Tyrosine-protein kinase TYRO11. EPHB4 is a receptor tyrosine kinase that together with EFNB2 is critical to heart morphogenesis and angiogenesis through the regulation of cell adhesion and cell migration. EPHB4 is expressed in placenta, kidney, liver, lung, pancreas, skeletal muscle, and heart, as well as primitive and myeloid hematopoietic cells.
