      OverviewChIRP (Chromatin Isolation by RNA Purification), allows recovery of specific segments of DNA and proteins using chromatin associated RNA as a target for biotinylated antisense probes. The Magna ChIRP NEAT1 lncRNA Probe Set contains 33 predesigned 20-mer DNA oligonucleotides tiled along and complementary to the sequence of human lncRNA NEAT1. All probes are biotin-TEG-labeled at the 3-prime end. The oligonucleotides are split to two pools (even and odd) and are supplied ready for use in the ChIRP method. This probe set is fully compatible with the Maga ChIRP kits (cat. # 17-10494 and 17-10495).
