      OverviewHL-1 Cell Screened Fetal Bovine Serum is exclusively of US origin. Each lot is sterile filtered and mycoplasma, endotoxin, and virus tested. Additionally, each lot is screened using HL-1 mouse cardiac muscle cells (MilliporeSigma cat. no. SCC065) to ensure maintenance of differentiated cardiomyocyte phenotype and contractile activity in vitro. A Certificate of Analysis is available upon request.
