Overview
In wastewater, soils and fertilizers ammonium ions can be detected with Neßler's reagent as a yellow-brown compound. The test contains the easy to use colour card.
H290: May be corrosive to metals. H300 + H310 + H330: Fatal if swallowed, in contact with skin or if inhaled. H314: Causes severe skin burns and eye damage. H373: May cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. H410: Very toxic to aquatic life with long lasting effects.
