OverviewA blocker of transmembrane Ca2+ fluxes (IC50 = 7 µM) that attenuates capsaicin-induced cation channel opening. Inhibits Ca2+-induced Ca2+ release from ryanodine-sensitive intracellular Ca2+ stores. Inhibits K+-stimulated catecholamine secretion (IC50 = 6 µM).
