Description
OverviewA 14-amino acid peptide corresponding to the active IκB phosphorylation recognition sequence fused to the hydrophobic region of the fibroblast growth factor signal peptide to aid in cellular delivery. Specifically inhibits LPS-induced IκB degradation by IκB kinases (IKK) in RAW 264.7 cells (< 50 µg/ml) and prevents NF-κB activation. Supplied as a trifluoroacetate salt.
