ProSep®-vA Ultra Chromatography Media

The ProSep-vA family of protein A affinity media is designed to facilitate highly efficient, cost effective purification of monoclonal, polyclonal and engineered antibodies. These resins are manufactured using no mammalian derived products.

ProSep®-vA Ultra media consists of protein A immobilized on porous glass that is permeated by interconnecting pores of uniform and precisely controlled size. ProSep-vA chromatography media exhibit chemical and mechanical stability over a range of conditions such as low pH, exposure to detergents, buffers of varying ionic strengths and many organic solvents.
