Application NotesAntibody blocking studies (AB5511 and AB5509). Antibody should be pre-incubated with the peptide prior to incubation with the tissue/sample. It is suggested to pre-incubate for one hour at room temperature. A 10-6 to 10-5molar (M) peptide concentration is suggested to block antibody binding.

Optimal working dilutions must be determined by end user.
