The following MAPmates™ should not be plexed together:
-MAPmates™ that require a different assay buffer
-Phospho-specific and total MAPmate™ pairs, e.g. total GSK3β and GSK3β (Ser 9)
-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr
.

1. Dissolve 0.2 g (accurately weighed) in 5 ml formic acid.
2. Add 70 ml glacial acetic acid and 10 ml 5% Hg(CH3COO)2.
3. Titrate with 0.1 M perchloric acid.
4. For calculations, 1 ml 0.1 M HCLO4 = 0.010535 g.
