![]() Our chromatography user group meeting recently took place in San Francisco, California on February 23-25, 2016. The technical consortium, which is now in its 12th year, attracted 40 industry and academia professionals from 29 biotech and biopharmaceutical companies from the U.S. and Asia. A broad range of biochromatography topics were discussed, including: “The Search for Clearance – Impurities and Otherwise: Using HTPD to Develop and Characterize an AEX Step,” “Towards the Integration of Mechanistic Modeling into Biopharmaceutical Chromatography Process Development,” and “Upgrading Platform Process for Antibody Manufacturing by Using Eshmuno® CPX and Q.” This technical user forum continues to build on its success each year, as we strive to enable chromatography experts from around the globe to share best practices, exchange industry observations and identify existing challenges as well as trends in the areas of affinity and ion exchange chromatography.
