First, our experts visit customers on site to learn exactly where they wish to go. Next, they develop the corresponding processes applying bioreactor technology and run field tests to make sure everything works as planned. Once they are satisfied, the bioreactors are designed and built by our experts to do their job perfectly – anything up to 4000 L. Customers can also be supplied with adapted, top-quality cell culture media that match their vaccine process perfectly.

To round things off, Merck Beijing Skywing also supplies customers with a range of serum-free media further down the line. These include non-animal origin media for lowserum and serum-free applications for use in the production of animal health vaccines – particularly foot-and-mouth-disease vaccine.
