Product Information
FormLiquid
FormulationUndiluted serum.
Positive controlRat brain
PreservativeNone
Quality LevelMQ100
Applications
Key Applications Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay
Frozen Sections
Immunoblotting (Western Blotting)
Immunocytochemistry
Immunoprecipitation
Application NotesELISA suitable recommend working dilution (1:2500-1:10,000)
Frozen Sections (1:5000)
Immunoblotting (1:200, chemiluminescence)
Immunocytochemistry suitable recommend working dilution (1:500-1:2500)
Immunoprecipitation suitable recommend working dilution (5 µl/200 µg total protein, see comments)
Application CommentsExhibits strong reactivity with the synapsin I doublet by immunoblotting. Immunolabeling is blocked by preadsorption of the antibody with synapsin I. 5 µl will quantitatively immunoprecipitate all synapsin in 200 µg total protein from rat brain. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
