Technology Development and Transfer
To date, we have developed the following technologies ready to transfer to our customers:- Biosimilar process development and scale up service with chemically defined cell culture media in a single use bioreactor up to 200L or a stainless steel bioreactor up to 4000L
- FMD virus production with BHK21 cell serum-free suspension culture in a bioreactor up to 4000L
- Veterinary rabies disease virus production with BHK21 cell suspension culture in either 650L or 1200L bioreactors
- Blue ear virus production with Marc145 cell micro-carrier culture in 120L or 650L bioreactors
- Swine fever virus production with ST cell micro-carrier culture in 120L or 650L bioreactors
- Human vaccine production (includes rabies, hepatitis A, epidemic encephalitis B) with Vero cell micro-carrier culture in a 120L bioreactor
