Our Bioreactors
Our current bioreactor portfolio includes mechanical stirred-tank bioreactors for full suspension and micro-carrier cell culture of 10L, 50L, 120L, 650L, 1200L, and 4000L volume.
10 L Bioreactor
CLAVORUS PJ 10L mechanical stirred-tank bioreactor is the latest product we developed to meet requirements from customer and that of cell culture technology. It can be used for cell seed propagating tank, combining with other models mechanical stirred-tank bioreactor to form one or more lines of integrated product line.
50 L Bioreactor
CLAVORUS PJ 50L mechanical stirred-tank bioreactor for animal cell culture, consisting of three parts of tank body, stents pipeline and control cabinet, which can realized the control of stirring velocity, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and weighing by the application of the touch screen software.
120 L Bioreactor
CLAVORUS PJ 120L mechanical stirred-tank bioreactor for animal cell culture, consisting of three parts of tank body, stents pipeline and control cabinet, which can realized the control of stirring velocity, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and weighing by the application of the touch screen software.
650 L Bioreactor
CLAVORUS PJ 650L mechanical stirred-tank bioreactor for animal cell culture, consisting of three parts of tank body, stents pipeline and control cabinet, which was controlled by touch screen software. The equipped computer terminal remote control function can realize the control of stirring velocity, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and weighing, and also support data recording and data indexing.
The computer remote control function of CLAVORUS bioreactor enable the operation personnel to operate it from far away, no need to be on the operating site, by which the control of temperature, water inflow or outflow of the clip set, peristaltic pump, and stirred-tank rotation speed can be realized, and also some related parameters can be set and modified.
1200 L Bioreactor
CLAVORUS PJ 1200L mechanical stirred-tank bioreactor for animal cell culture, which consisting of three parts of tank body, stents pipeline and control cabinet, controlled by touch screen software. The equipped computer terminal remote control function can realize the control of stirring velocity, temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen and weighing, and also support data recording and data indexing.
4000 L Bioreactor
In order to meet customer’s requirement of industrialization production, we have developed a 4000 L bioreactor, which can be used for industrialization mass production of certain biological products with large size and volume, such as vaccine and monoclonal antibody, etc.
