      Description
OverviewRNA interference experiments using siRNA require a transfection reagent specifically optimized for siRNA delivery. RiboJuice™ siRNA Transfection Reagent efficiently delivers siRNA into a wide range of mammalian cell lines for targeted gene suppression. RiboJuice is an optimized, easy-to-use siRNA transfection reagent formulated for minimal toxicity. In addition, RiboJuice is compatible with GeneJuice® Transfection Reagent for cotransfection of siRNA and plasmid DNA for normalizing transfection efficiency with a reporter gene.

RiboJuice Transfection Reagent has been successfully used for gene suppression in a variety of cell lines.
