      OverviewRecombinant, mouse R-Spondin 4 consisting of amino acids 19-228 and expressed in Chinese Hamster Ovary cells. Able to induce activation of β-catenin response in a Luciferase assay using HEK293T human embryonic kidney cells. R-spondin 4 is useful as a positive modulator of Wnt/β signaling.
