      OverviewThe MILLIPLEX® MAP Total/Phospho Akt (Catalog # 48-618MAG) and Total/Phospho ERK (48-619MAG) Magnetic bead kits have been developed for the simultaneous detection of phosphorylated Akt (Ser473) and total Akt or phosphorylated ERK1/2 (Thr185/Tyr187) and total ERK in a single well using the Luminex system. These detection assays are rapid, convenient alternatives to Western Blotting and immunoprecipitation procedures for the analysis of cell lysate samples.
