      Detection of human PDH-E3α, phosphorylated at Ser293, by immunocytochemistry. Samples: HEK293 cells treated with DCA (bottom panels) or left untreated (top panels) and subsequently fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde. Detection: fluorescence (red) using DAPI to counterstain the nuclei (blue) and AlexaFluor®-Phalloidin to counterstain actin filaments (green).
