| Overview | Overnight Express™ Instant TB Medium is a granulated autoinduction culture medium for high-level protein production in pET and other IPTG-inducible bacterial expression systems. Instant TB Medium is a combination of Overnight Express Autoinduction System 1 components (Cat. No. 71300) with rich Terrific Broth (TB) medium and is supplied in two formats. 
EasyPak is an aluminum foil pouch containing 60 g granulated medium sufficient for 1 L culture. Just add the EasyPak contents to 1 L sterile water, supplement with 10 ml glycerol, and microwave for 2 min. Overnight Express Instant TB Medium is also available in 1 kg bottles. 
In addition to Instant TB Medium, a variety of Overnight Express Autoinduction Media are available for different methods: Overnight Express Autoinduction NMR Media are 3 different media designed for cell growth Optimization (71760), 15N (71759) protein labeling, and 15N, 13C (71789) dual protein labeling for NMR analysis. |
