FlowCellect Kits are Merck's proprietary multiparameter kits for cellular analysis. We’ve taken the guesswork out of assay development so you can focus on your results. Each kit provides a unique combination of directly conjugated antibodies and/or fluorescent dyes and protein reporters to monitor changes in protein expression and post-translational modification using flow. The kits also contain complete buffer sets, protocols and pre-defined gate settings. Apoptosis, or programmed cell death, is an important regulator of cell growth and proliferation. Breakdowns in the apoptotic pathway can also lead to cancer and various diseases.
Examination of the cell cycle has proven to be an accurate and effective method for assessing cell health. FlowCellect kits make cell cycle studies easier by using a cell cycle phase-specific antibody plus a DNA dye in flow cytometry applications.
