-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Overview
Ni-NTA His•Bind® Superflow™ Resin is a medium-pressure compatible version of the Ni-NTA His•Bind® Resin (Cat. No. 70666). It has all the same characteristics, except the agarose matrix has a higher level of crosslinking for higher bead rigidity. Ni-NTA His•Bind® Superflow™ Resin has a binding capacity of 5–50 mg His•Tag® fusion protein per ml resin and is compatible with FPLC or gravity-flow applications for purification of histidine-tagged proteins.
