Biological Information
ImmunogenSynthetic peptide corresponding to a.a. 572-604 of human cranin.
Epitopeaa572-604 of human sequence
Clone6C1
HostMouse
SpecificityCranin (dystroglycan), extracellular site, near the C-terminus of the alpha-subunit. The expression and localization of cranin varies considerably according to the cells physiologic state and differentiaion state. MAB371 recognizes the same peptide region as MAB373 but a different epitope.
