Live Lab 2018
What materials do we need for a sustainable future? And how healthy are our foods really? Analytics provide the answer to these questions. In fully equipped laboratories, called Live Labs, visitors to Analytica can take an exclusive close up look at complete workflows; from sample preparation and measurement to analysis and evaluation of the results. In food analysis, for example, the latest methods are being used to check the actual freshness, or to prepare water safely. In practice, the latest trends in food and material analytics become clear, boosted by food scandals but also the complexity of new substances.
