OverviewA depolymerized vanadate prepared from Sodium Orthovanadate (Cat. No. 567540) that exhibits significant enhanced ability to inhibit endogenous phosphatases in a competitive manner. Preserves the phosphorylation state in cells and cell lysates. Completely reversible with EDTA and dilution. Recommended concentration in lysis buffer ~ 1 mM.
