Description
Overview	This product has been discontinued. A cell-permeable, potent and reversible inhibitor of bNOS and eNOS (K_i = 25 nM for bNOS; K_i = 90 nM for eNOS). Inhibits iNOS at much higher concentrations (K_i = 8.1 µM). Causes a reduction in cardiac output and profound vasoconstriction.
