Product Information
FormLiquid
FormulationIn PBS, 50% glycerol.
Preservative≤0.1% sodium azide
Applications
Key Applications Immunoblotting (Western Blotting)
Application NotesImmunoblotting (1 µg/ml, chemiluminescence)
Application CommentsThe immunogen sequence is identical to the corresponding sequence in mouse and hamster Gfp78, but cross-reactivity has not been tested. To reduce background by immunoblotting, we recommend blocking with 10% (w/v) skim milk powder in PBS, 0.05% Tween®-20 detergent. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the optimal working dilution.
Biological Information
Immunogena synthetic peptide (EEDTSEKDEL) corresponding to amino acids 645-654 of rat Grp78, conjugated to KLH
