OverviewMILLIPLEX® Rat Metabolic Hormone Expanded Panel is a 14-plex kit to be used for the simultaneous quantification of any or all of the following analytes in tissue/lysate and culture supernatant samples and rat serum or plasma: Active Amylin, C-peptide 2, Active Ghrelin, Gastric Inhibitory Polypeptide (GIP), Glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) Active or Total, Glucagon, Interleukin-6 (IL-6), Insulin, Leptin, Monocyte Chemoattractant Protein-1 (MCP-1), Pancreatic Polypeptide (PP), Peptide YY (PYY), Secretin, and Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha (TNFα). Notes: GLP-1 (Active) and GLP-1 (Total) cannot be run together in the same assay. Protease inhibitors should be added upon collection of samples.
