      OverviewA dimeric dilactone macrolide that is cytotoxic to a variety of cancer cell lines in vitro. Disrupts the actin cytoskeleton by sequestering actin dimers with a binding stoichiometry of 1:1, and rapidly severing F-actin. Also possesses antifungal properties.
