      Description
OverviewRecombinant, murine Dickkopf related protein-1 (Dkk-1), consisting of amino acids 30-272, fused at the C-terminus to a His•Tag® sequence, and expressed in NS0-dervied mouse myeloma cells. Dkk-1 is a well-documented antagonist of the Wnt signaling pathway. The balance between Dkk-1 inhibition and Wnt signaling is essential for bone formation and homeostasis.
