      Description
OverviewAn alpha-aminoaralkylphosphonic acid ester that acts as an aminopeptidase N/CD13 inhibitor (IC50=1.1 µM). Cell growth is dose dependently inhibited by as much as ~36% and ~60% in PANC-1 and HT-1080 cells, respectively when 300 µM of compound 4d is co-treated with 30 µg/ml of TNF. When treated with compound 4d alone, cell growth is dose-dependently inhibited by as much as 26% and 36%, in the same cell lines, respectively.
