Millex® filters are available in a variety of membranes and polypropylene housings to ensure chemical compatibility with a range of samples and solvents.

Together, the filter plus adapter are HPLC-certified to be low in extractable impurities. That means you’ll continue to enjoy clear chromatography results, without the pain of syringe filtration.

Lower Ergonomic Impact

According to a Baseline Risk Identification of Ergonomic Factors (BRIEF™) survey, the Samplicity® G2 system lowered the ergonomic impact of filtration compared to manual syringe filtration, as shown below:

Millex Samplicity® filters for the Samplicity® G2 system take convenience in sample filtration one step further. These all-in-one filters feature:
  • Integrated funnels for easiest sample loading
  • Connected packaging in perforated strips of 8 for fastest setup
  • Quality membrane options, including PVDF (0.45 um), hydrophilic PTFE (0.45 um) and hydrophilic PTFE (0.2 um)

The Samplicity® Filtration System Reduces Waste.

Using the Samplicity® system results in a 33% reduction in waste weight and a 66% reduction in waste volume, and eliminates segregation of syringe waste. After filtration of 24 samples each by 15 users, syringes, syringe filters, and Millex Samplicity® membrane filters were collected, weighed, and placed into 10 in x 10 in x 10 in boxes to evaluate relative waste volume.
