-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Overview
DNA gyrase inhibitor used for the production of positively supercoiled plasma DNA. Inhibits retrovirus RNA-dependent DNA polymerases. Also a potent inhibitor of ADP ribosylation eliminates the wild-type pMG110 plasmid from E. coli.

Description
A DNA gyrase inhibitor that can be used for the production of positively supercoiled plasma DNA. Targets the nucleotide-binding site of gyrase B. Exhibits antibacterial properties. Inhibits retrovirus RNA-dependent DNA polymerases. Inhibits LPS-induced production of pro-inflammatory cytokines. Reported to act as a potent inhibitor of ADP ribosylation. Also inhibits protein synthesis and alters the phosphorylation state of several cytosolic proteins.
