Application

  • Lead Determination in Complex Matrices: Palladium nanoparticles are employed as chemical modifiers in high-resolution continuum source atomic absorption spectrometry (HR-CS AAS) for determining lead in complex matrices. Recent studies have demonstrated their effectiveness in analyzing lead content in leached extracts from petroleum waste. This application enhances the sensitivity and accuracy of lead detection, crucial for environmental monitoring and industrial waste management (Coêlho et al., International Journal of Environmental Analytical Chemistry, 2022).
