For use in blocking the staining of Chemicon′s catalog numbers AB143, AB144P and AB144. Suggested concentration 2-5 μg/mL. AG220 should be incubated with the antibody for 3 hours at +2-8°C prior to being used on the tissue sections.

Enzyme is denatured by heat, but its activity level has not been determined. Residual activity may be present.

Optimal working dilution must be determined by the end user.

Liquid in 50 mM KPO4 buffer pH 7.5 containing 10% glycerol and 0.05M NaCl. Contains no preservative.

Preparation Note

Maintain at -20°C in undiluted aliquots for up to 6 months after date of receipt. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
