      Recombinant, mouse pentraxin 3, consisting of amino acids 18-381 and expressed in NS0-derived murine myeloma cells with a C-terminal His•Tag®. Pentraxin 3, a secreted glycoprotein, exhibits a C-terminal Pentraxin domain and a unique N-terminal domain. Its increased expression may enhance the immune response to protect a host from infection.
