      Recommended reaction conditions
      Useful for the study of enzyme kinetics, screening inhibitors, and selectivity profiling. Activity was measured in 50 mM HEPES, 3 mM MgCl2, 3 mM MnCl2, 1 mM DTT, 3 µM sodium orthovanadate, 500 nM ATP, pH, 7.4 in the presence of 4 µM Aurora A substrate and 0.4 µg/ml Aurora A kinase, 30°C.
