      Overview

      This product has been discontinued.

A cell-permeable thiazolyl compound that binds to CBFβ (core binding factor β) and allosterically disrupts CBFα/Runx1 binding to CBFβ both in cell-free binding studies (IC50 of ~3.5 µM by FRET and ELISA) and in HEK293 cells (IC50 of ~ 100 µM by FACS/FRET). Cellular studies indicate a good correlation between the inhibitor's antiproliferative activity and the Runx1 expression level in the target cells.
