      An amino-naphthol sulfonic acid that acts as a substrate-competitive inhibitor of Ca2+/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase phosphatase (CaMKP) and its nuclear isoform CaMKP-N (IC50 = 6.4 and 6.6 µM, respectively), while exhibiting little activity against PP2B/CaN and PP2C (<10% inhibition at 10 µM).
