-PanTyr and site-specific MAPmates™, e.g. Phospho-EGF Receptor and phospho-STAT1 (Tyr701)
-More than 1 phospho-MAPmate™ for a single target (Akt, STAT3)
-GAPDH and β-Tubulin cannot be plexed with kits or MAPmates™ containing panTyr

Biotin activity, absorbance ratio, and label:protein molar ratio are determined on a lot-specific basis. Use 1 to 3 µg of the conjugate per 1 x 106 cells suspended in a volume of 0.1 ml. Variables associated with assay conditions will dictate the proper working dilution.
